Frequency: Four times per year

Deadlines and distribution dates:

Fall Issue - Deadline is August 7: Distributed first week in September

Winter Issue - Deadline is November 7: Distributed first week in December

Spring Issue - Deadline is February 7: Distributed first week in March

Summer Issue - Deadline is May 7: Distributed first week in June

Payment Terms:


Payment for all advertisements must be made by the deadline of the issue for which the advertisement is placed. Due to past problems with receivables, we will no longer be able to offer extensions. Any advertisement that is not paid by deadline will be dropped. The annual contract will be canceled and the space sold to another business. We have limited space and can not offer terms. We appreciate your understanding about this issue and suggest that it may be easier to pre pay your annual contract so you do not have to concern yourself with payment deadlines.

Terms of Annual Contracts:

All placements will be annual contracts (four consecutive issues). Except under very rare circumstances, we will accept no placements for a single issue. Our advertising volume in the Spring and Fall is heavier than in the other two issues. Therefore, in order to maintain a fixed size, we must ask that the size of your advertisement remain the same in each issue. We think those of you who have advertised only in Spring and Fall issues in the past will find the advertising in all four issues is effective.

Minimum Advertising Size:

The minimum size of advertising will be four column inches.

Discounts:

We will be offering no discounts.

Advertising Composition:

Due to our limited personnel and resources, we will no longer be able to offer free graphic design services to our advertisers. You may use any advertisement you have run in the past or you may supply camera-ready advertisements by deadline for each issue. We plan to contract with an outside graphic designer to offer design services for our customers but we will have to pay for this work and those charges will be passed on to you. You may alter your advertisement in each issue but you will have to either supply a camera-ready ad or be prepared to pay for the composition of the advertisment.
