DESIGN SERVICES

We were the general contractor on all of the projects shown above. Three of the pictures show examples of our design services. One picture shows the design of a talented registered architect.

All projects of any scale should be well planned. Quality contract drawings and specifications are a major part of any project's success. We encourage our customers to work with a design professional who understands their dream and has the skill and experience to put it on paper.

Some owners feel that they would like a greater impact on the design process than is usually allowed by a registered architect. If you are one of those, an owner who wants to be a major part of the design team, then perhaps our services are for you. We offer drawings and specifications as part of our negotiated package at a fraction of the cost that you would expect to pay a quality architect. Upon request we can even offer highly detailed computer aided design (CAD) documents.

However, along with this authority comes some responsibility. Make sure you truly want this kind of involvement in the project. We only do design on projects where the owners are deeply engaged in the process. If you are not a "hands on" buyer that is interested in the details of the project, then our design services may not suit your needs. In either case, we stand ready to build your project to the best standards of the industry.
